Location of the Latchi Villas
45 minutes from Paphos Airport.
It is hard to imagine a better site than this. The villas stand
on high ground about 300 m from the beach and 500 meters from
Latchi fishing harbour. with superb views of the sea and the
sunsets over nearby Akamas National Park.

feel you are driving to the Secret gardens of Edem, while
driving from Paphos to Polis and Latchi.
Directions to the Villas
From Paphos Airport:
Turn LEFT on leaving the airport and follow the road for approx.
4km until you reach the STOP sign.
Turn LEFT onto the main Paphos - Limassol road (B6).
Follow the road for approx. 10km, passing through the villages
of ACHELEIA, KOLONI and GEROSKIPOU, which then leads into PAPHOS
town.
At the roundabout, take the SECOND EXIT (i.e. straight across),
signposted PAPHOS TOWN CENTRE.
Drive through TWO sets of TRAFFIC LIGHTS (the first set is a
pedestrian crossing), leading into the CENTRE of PAPHOS TOWN.
At the THIRD SET OF LIGHTS continue STRAIGHT and follow the main
road, which veers very sharply round to the right (signposted
for POLIS).
Continue through the town, passing a EKO GARAGE (PETROL STATION)
on your RIGHT, driving straight on through any traffic lights.
Continue on this road (B7), following the signs for the town of
POLIS (35km).
Continue on this road (B7), climbing steadily upwards towards
the village of TSADA. Remain on the B7 passing through the
outskirts of STROUMPI (Polis 22km), GIOLOU, and SKOULLI (Polis
now signposted 5km)
Once you reach the outskirts of POLIS, you will pass a small EKO
GARAGE on the LEFT. Continue down the small hill and turn LEFT,
following the sign for LATCHI and the BATHS OF APHRODITE.
Continue on this road for a further 2km, passing through the
village of PRODROMI. You will then see a sign on the RIGHT for
"Nicki Holiday Resorts Apartments", slow down and take the next
road on the RIGHT, Signposted CHRISELENI VILLAS. (Chinese
restaurant on the corner)
Continue up the hill for 100 meters, then turn LEFT at the
signpost for the villas. Continue along the for 100 meters and
Chriseleni Villas will be in front of you.
FOB MUST BE PLACED IN SLOT INSIDE THE HOUSE FOR ELECTRICITY.
